Manage creative design strategy by developing design concepts that align with communication goals, brand guidelines and business priorities.
Oversee the design process, serving as a design partner to stakeholders, providing guidance on visual storytelling, messaging hierarchy, and design best practices.
Lead planning and execution of design projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines, expectations, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
Own creative development for major initiatives and divisional programs, including leadership communications, change initiatives and large-scale events.
Contribute to defining and evolving creative standards, templates and visual systems that scale across the organization.
Ensure all design work strengthens brand alignment and supports a cohesive, professional visual identity.
Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
Design visual assets across a variety of formats, including presentations, campaign graphics, digital channels, event collateral and more.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of professional graphic design experience post Bachelors.
Experience building marketing campaigns, digital, and physical materials in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Must be able to provide a portfolio showcasing a range of projects, with an emphasis on brand consistency, storytelling and impact.
Experience working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed corporate environment
Training on and/or experience with UI/UX fundamentals and digital content design
Experience using collaborative platforms like Miro, FigJam, or Figma
Demonstrated experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com
Experience leading or contributing to large-scale events or campaigns (National Sales Meetings, product launches)
