Lead Analyst – Decision Support

Role Overview

• Provide stewardship, expertise, and governance over business metrics
• Support the definition, tracking, and interpretation of success metrics supporting our capital plan
• Define, track, and report key performance metrics for AI-powered platforms
• Provide recurring executive reporting and forward-looking analysis
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Business Unit CFO, Directors, and Data Teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a financial role (essential)
• Deep understanding of P & L metrics and drivers working in a global organization
• Financial Degree or Diploma, MBA or advanced business degree
• Excellent knowledge of financial and management accounting, process and systems
• Demonstrated experience of achieving results in an international environment
• Natural curiosity for AI powered learning and willingness to challenge existing processes
• Robust knowledge and application of financial processes, metrics, drivers and dynamics
• System knowledge: Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint (intermediate), Hyperion, PeopleSoft (or equivalent systems)
