Role Overview
- Manage people, priorities, and processes across North America to ensure the timely delivery of online statutory and code updates
- Coordinate the acquisition, processing and publication of legislative content
- Provide day-to-day line management for editors and analysts
- Monitor team and individual performance measures such as timeliness, volume, and error rates
- Work closely with peers, Product, Technology and other GEO editorial teams globally
Requirements
- Experience in legal editorial work, legal publishing or regulatory content operations
- Working knowledge of US and/or Canadian legislation and editorial conventions
- Proven experience managing or mentoring editorial contributors in a delivery‑focused environment
- Comfortable working with established workflows, performance measures and quality controls
