About this role
Role Overview
- Functions as a part of a larger team dedicated to helping members pursue their long-term financial goals
- Assist with the daily administrative operations for an assigned group of Financial Consultants
- Responsible for all aspects of client servicing and records administration
- Support Financial Consultants by processing account applications and paperwork
- Review and resolve client service and account setup issues
- Schedule appointments and prepare materials for client meetings
- Communicate daily with clients providing trade settlement information
- Perform clerical tasks, including documentation required for records
- Assist in facilitating annual client RMD distributions
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in financial services and/or a sales environment
- Knowledge of investment operations, procedures, transfers and industry terminology
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations preferred
