- Lead complex tax credits and government incentives engagements from end-to-end
- Conduct in-depth tax research
- Manage audits and tax authorities’ interactions
- Manage a portfolio of clients and communicate business needs
- Simplify complex messages and tax legislation
- Collaborate closely with team members
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice
Requirements
- Advanced education in tax, ideally a master's degree in taxation or CPA
- In-depth Tax Course
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in tax
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex tax legislation
- High level of autonomy and initiative
- Strong client service and advisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a consulting environment with multiple concurrent mandates
- Fluency in English, in addition to French
