Assist with data analysis tasks
Assist with writing and reviewing reports and abstracts for research studies
Support presentations of research outcomes
Conduct research on public health policies and trends as related to LQTC business priorities
Requirements
Must be ,Jr/Sr pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a graduate pursuing a Master’s degree in Health Science, Exercise Science, Public Health, Mathematics or related field
maintain a Minimum GPA 3.0
Ability to work full time as a summer intern
Experience with data-gathering and research preferred
Clinical experience or knowledge of medical practices and procedures preferred
Familiar with Research, Ethics, Compliance, and Safety Training (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative) is preferred
Quick learner, able to adapt to changing technologies and priorities
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership ability through community or campus involvement
Prior experience or classroom training related to human performance, data collection, data analysis, public health policies, or project coordination/management is preferred
Completed at least one college-level statistics course preferred
