Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and curricula and propose recommend enhancements.
Designs and develops training content based on ADDIE model, which includes scripts, eLearning modules, storyboards, computer-generated visuals, handouts, slides, and simulations to enhance the training and reinforce learning.
Facilitates needs analysis, job/task analysis, and front-end analysis with business partners and stakeholders to define training strategies or non-training needs.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other team members in all phases of the design and development cycle.
Measure and track the ROI of the project (link training events and outcome to business needs and strategic goals).
Manage projects by providing instructional design and training implementation strategies for project team, business partners, and stakeholders.
Serve as the subject matter expert in several lines of business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
7 years of professional experience in designing and developing content (5 years of professional experience, with a Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, may be accepted in lieu)
Experience as a successful Learning and Development operational team member
Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
