Developing and evolving design and component systems in Figma.
Creating campaign-specific style guides and playbooks and maintaining/updating existing style guides and playbooks.
User interface and visual design for CRM campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and web applications.
Conceptualizing and producing visuals, infographics, and graphic assets in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Leading kick-offs, design, and project workshops with our clients.
Designing navigation and interaction structures using common prototyping tools.
Creating optimal user experiences based on personas, customer journeys, and industry-relevant requirements.

For us, what you have already done is more important than what you studied.
You have basic knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven design and experience supporting digital projects.
Working on multiple projects at the same time is not a challenge for you.
Knowledge of motion design is a plus.
You are familiar with conducting tests, interviews, and research.
Additionally, you have excellent German skills (at least C1) and very good written and spoken English.
