Monitor and control project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
Manage performance in key areas including technical scope, schedule, and cost
Administer program budgets, approve variances in monthly performance, and generate comprehensive spend plans, payment forecasts, and variance reports
Provide financial and programmatic reporting guidance across program resources, ensuring compliance with internal policies and basic earned value management (EVM) principles
Manage program-level changes and lead proposal development efforts for engineering change proposals (ECPs) or other contractual updates
Develop and implement risk management plans, manage project changes, and ensure proper documentation
Achieve L3Harris and Customer objectives, including on-time delivery, exceptional quality, and cost efficiency
Collaborate with technical and functional leads to gather progress status and prepare for recurring customer reviews
Ability to travel approximately 15% to domestic locations
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience is required
3 years of prior relevant experience in EVMS
Experience in Government Contracting/Subcontracting
Proven track record as a Cost Account Manager managing budgets and sales forecasting for subcontracts
Expertise in navigating FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR regulations, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
Background in SATCOM and/or missile defense programs is a plus
Proficiency in managing various cost-type contracts
