In-house preparation, in OneSource Income Tax software, of the consolidated group’s US federal and state income tax filings
Assist with the preparation, in OneSource Tax Provision, of the interim and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740
Prepare supporting workpapers and reconciliations
Aid in foreign informational reporting (Forms 5471, 8858)
Assist with tax research including analysis of new tax laws and the potential impact on the Company
Correspond with the IRS and state departments of revenue regarding notices and audits
Collaborate with global business unit controllers to obtain then analyze relevant tax data
Actively participate in the building of a professional, proactive, responsive, technically strong tax organization
Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Analytics required
Plans to pursue CPA license
Prior Tax experience preferred
Detail oriented with ability to effectively take direction, self-review, problem solve, and appropriately escalate concerns
Confident, effective verbal and written communicator in both individual and group settings
Active listener that can interpret instructions given in written and oral form
Well organized and able to document work performed
Works well individually and with teams
Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with tax research tools or income tax preparation software is a plus
