Provide stewardship, expertise, and governance over business metrics supporting North America and UK capital investments
Define, track, and interpret success metrics supporting the capital plan
Provide recurring executive reporting and forward-looking analysis
Collaborate with Data Teams, Product Owners, and Finance to ensure metrics are well-defined
Develop excellent relations with Business Unit CFO, Directors, Business Partners, and Global Analytics team

7+ years of experience in a financial role
Deep understanding of P & L metrics and drivers
Financial Degree or Diploma, MBA or advanced business degree
Excellent knowledge of financial and management accounting
Experience of delivering a service through significant change
Knowledge of financial technical accounting standards
System knowledge: Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint (intermediate), Hyperion, PeopleSoft
