Role Overview
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Google Guaranteed, and Meta campaigns
- Execute daily PPC optimizations including bids, keywords, negatives, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead volume, and pacing
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, audiences, and campaign structures
- Implement approved ad creatives and messaging frameworks accurately and on time
- Launch new campaigns and manage updates, changes, and troubleshooting
- Support franchise development advertising across various platforms
- Proactively flag performance risks, spend issues, and optimization opportunities before they become problems
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Comfort managing multiple campaigns at once without dropping balls
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to move fast and stay organized
- Confidence flagging issues and making data-backed recommendations
- Experience supporting multi-location or franchise advertising is a plus
