Role Overview
Conduct regular QA reviews of AI agent conversations
Report quality issues through established reporting workflows
Collaborate closely with the Quality Manager
Resolve recurring quality issues with the Quality Manager
Identify and share learnings to improve AI accuracy and efficiency
Support ongoing calibration sessions and track performance improvements
Operate CX QA tools and systems to monitor quality data
Embrace and apply AI tools confidently in daily work
Requirements
Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with conversational AI systems and chatbots
Sharp eye for detail and objective evaluation skills
Knowledge of CX operations and quality assurance is beneficial
Comfortable working with digital tools and adapting to new software systems
Pride in providing concise and meaningful insights
