Lead the development, implementation, and administration of compliance programs, including creating and maintaining compliance documentation, standards, and measurement tools.
Oversee and coordinate compliance obligations across the organization, including planning, executing, documenting, and tracking required impact reviews to support lawful and compliant decision-making.
Perform in-depth risk assessments and advanced compliance reviews to identify potential issues, evaluate control effectiveness, and support effective risk management practices.
Define compliance guidelines and build monitoring, analytics, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility to risk and compliance status and to ensure timely remediation where needed.
Collect and analyze data related to compliance activities; provide expert recommendations to resolve complex compliance issues and enhance compliance processes.
Prepare detailed compliance reports, maintain comprehensive documentation, and develop and deliver compliance training to educate employees on regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including third-party suppliers and regulatory bodies, as applicable) and stay current on changes in laws and regulations to keep compliance programs up to date.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred
5+ years of related experience preferred
Knowledge of CORE tool would be very valuable
