About this role

Support the Pharmacovigilance Quality Assurance (PVQA) team within the R&D Quality organization
Lead and optimize day-to-day business operations to ensure efficient functioning
Develop and maintain operational frameworks, governance structures, and standard processes
Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and process improvement
Partner with Audit & Inspections teams to provide operational coordination and documentation support
Support oversight activities prioritizing patient safety and adherence to global PV regulatory requirements
Help maintain and strengthen a culture of compliance, quality, and continuous improvement
Facilitate information flow, meeting management, and leadership routines
Manage and optimize internal websites for effective information sharing

Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific, business, or related field
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Experience in R&D, Quality, or regulated environments (GxP) is a plus
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
