Reviewing and auditing auto damage estimates for both repairable and total loss claims to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client guidelines
Evaluating estimates prepared by 1099 and staff appraisers, validating estimating practices, documentation, and adherence to established standards
Identifying discrepancies, providing quality feedback, and supporting overall estimating integrity across the program
Compiling audit results and submitting to manager for review
Providing audit results for quarterly stewardship reports
Monitoring ongoing action items logs and project plans with appropriate stakeholders
Updating vendor resources to mapping program
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Four (4) years of investigative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Oral and written communication skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Analytical and interpretive skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
