Coordinates Lot Operations activities for an assigned location
Handles vehicle check-in duties, ensuring that all proper identification stickers and labels are properly affixed to arriving vehicles and entering vehicle identification information into company computer/tracking systems
Use excel and hand held scanning device
Replace and maintain vehicle trackers as needed
May capture and process electronic images of vehicles, uploading pictures in association with electronic condition reports, when engaged in vehicle photography
Directs vehicle transporters to appropriate car drop zones
Conducts periodic scanning of vehicles to verify assigned inventory
Ensures vehicles are placed in proper order for sale
Tags and coordinates movement of disabled vehicles from staging area
Communicate with other teams in the auction process to ensure coordinated staging efforts
Enters vehicle data into computer/data management system
Monitors vehicle movement through all processing within assigned quadrant
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field
OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline
Familiar with technology or have a technology background
Required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear, vision abilities required to include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to lift 1-15 pounds
Must be able to walk long distances
