You will be responsible for CAD/Civil M&M engineering in Quebec and will work on detailed design
Prepare project bases (reference frameworks, coordinate systems, integration of GNSS surveys/LIDAR/point clouds)
Create surfaces, profiles and corridors
Set up networks (drainage, ditches, basins, hydraulic structures) and grading plans for pads and platforms
Produce 3D (BIM) models and drawings/profiles, sections, details and schedules in accordance with CAD templates and standards
Ensure quality (QA/QC, geometry/coordinate checks, clash detection reviews)
Contribute to quantity takeoffs (volumes, materials, culvert schedules)
Support preliminary concepts and scenarios (alignments, typical sections, drainage)
Participate in site visits (measurements, access validations, as-built verification)
Collaborate daily with engineers to turn design criteria into usable Civil 3D models

DEC in Civil Engineering Technology and 10+ years of experience in the design/modeling of civil infrastructure
Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D (surfaces, corridors, grading, pipe networks, styles/labels, Data Shortcuts, Xrefs, Sheet Set Manager) and familiar with mining practices (heavy traffic, turning radii, slope limits, severe climate conditions)
Knowledge of Vehicle Tracking, SSA, Navisworks (clash reviews) and Autodesk ReCap (point clouds): assets
French required; functional English: an asset
