Develop and execute the Workplace strategy within Partnerships
Lead the Partnerships team by owning end-to-end partnership relationships and driving the performance and growth of new and existing partners
Identify, onboard, and manage a selective group of Workplace and technology partners that resonate with Voya’s mission.
Utilize market research to uncover emerging trends and unmet consumer needs, prioritizing partnerships with the highest revenue growth potential.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, distribution, broker relations, fund management, Investment Management, to evaluate and select potential partners aligned with Voya's quality standards.
Implement frameworks for ongoing collaboration and communication between partnership teams and business leaders, fostering joint planning and shared KPIs.
Develop and establish metrics to track the success of partnerships, focusing on revenue generation, client acquisition costs, and retention rates.
Generate comprehensive reports detailing the progress and impact of each partnership, providing insights for future strategies.
Construct and evaluate strategies that deepen relationships with key accounts and intermediaries, promoting new revenue opportunities across Voya’s service lines.
Drive the development of new capabilities, product offerings, and innovative pricing solutions that enhance Voya’s positioning as a strategic partner.
Build effective relationships with senior executives at key accounts, engaging Voya’s executive team to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
Facilitate a governance model that encourages regular dialogue about performance and customer feedback to refine strategic approaches.
Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings, integrating findings into Voya’s planning processes to support differentiation in the marketplace.
Develop processes to continuously refresh understanding of customer needs and industry dynamics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance, employee benefits brokerage/ consulting, wealth management, and/or investment management industries, with a strong focus on strategic partnership development and management.
Experience using data analytics to drive business decisions and improve operational excellence.
Travel up to 60%
