Salesforce Tech Lead

Role Overview

• Responsible for the tactical execution of the Salesforce platform’s stability and enhancement phases.
• Bridge the gap between high-level architectural designs and actual development work.
• Oversee a team of developers to ensure data integrations are optimized.
• Ensure ProTrac-to-Tulip migration follows strict GxP coding standards.
• Act as the final gatekeeper for all code (Apex, LWC, Flows) and conduct daily onsite code reviews.
