Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
Evaluate new applications, identify systems requirements, evaluate new IT developments and evolve business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
Ensure the successful implementation of business analysis solutions, including leading and managing technology projects, and planning, coordinating, and executing the successful implementation of technology solutions.
Assess feasibility and potential impact of adopting new business analysis advances.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience, preferably with work experience within an area that is in or supports Information Technology
3+ years of experience leading / managing teams indirectly as a Team / Technical Lead or a role that required Direct Reports with additional preferred experience leading medium to large sized teams across multiple locations
2+ years partnering with architecture, product, and program management teams to influence product development assisting or improving products
Experience with leading teams who follow a Scrum/Agile development methodology.
