Role Overview
- Support external clients by delivering cost-effective solutions through reporting, analytics, and database management
- Complete all internal RCI reporting requirements and external client reporting needs
- Conduct data analysis and perform financial reviews to identify opportunities for revenue cycle improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve revenue cycle issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of revenue cycle improvement initiatives
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and identify non-compliance areas
- Coordinate with revenue cycle stakeholders to optimize revenue capture and improve operational efficiency
- Perform revenue cycle month end close processes and reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management operations
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Third-Party Insurance payers and reimbursement guidelines
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
