Role Overview
- Conducts level two triage of insider threat and data protection events
- Reviews log files, collects evidence, and analyzes information
- Identifies potential data exposure or insider risks
- Support operational management of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools
- Triage and investigate DLP alerts
- Assist with incident response and monitor web access
- Collaborate with EIP and Threat Management teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant technical experience
- Minimum 1 year in Cyber Data Protection or related field
- Commitment to continuous improvement in consumer experiences
- Security certifications
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools
