Manage transformer service orders in alignment with Prolec GE Waukesha project management processes.
Coordinate activities across all internal departments from initiation to completion.
Review customer specifications, requirements, and contracts to understand complete project scope.
Lead all project execution activities including kickoffs, schedule management, customer updates, change orders, invoicing, and close-out.
Utilize Salesforce and other internal systems for scheduling, resource planning, billing, and reporting.
Maintain working knowledge of IEEE, NEMA, and ANSI standards related to transformer installation.
Professionally represent the company in all customer interactions.
Provide performance updates and insights during internal reviews.
Drive customer satisfaction through transparent, proactive communication.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of project management experience with similar types of equipment.
Strong technical project management capabilities, including schedule management and problem-solving.
Proficiency with internal systems, including Salesforce and SAP reports, for transformer services.
Experience working in an engineered-product service environment with increasing responsibility.
Customer-focused communication skills—verbal, written, listening, and presentation.
