Occupational Therapist / Physical Therapist – Pelvic Floor

Role Overview

• Provide therapy services to adult patients, including evaluation and assessment, treatment, education, and consultation
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions
• Provide patient/caregiver education and discharge planning for a full patient caseload
• Demonstrate appropriate communication, professionalism, and supervision of support staff
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Comply with organizational policies and procedures and the code of conduct

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degrees from a physical therapy accredited program
• Current state licensure as Occupational Therapist
• Current physical therapy license in the state performing services
• Completion of Herman & Wallace Level I certification, or an alternative advanced training approved by Essentia Health leadership
