Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

• Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude
• Follow the company’s Four Steps of Customer Service with every interaction to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction
• Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations to enhance customer engagement
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire facility and follow all safety procedures
• Prepare and maintain all self-serve and ready-to-eat food and beverage stations
• Adhere to the station’s shift duties checklist for assigned shifts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
• CPR and First Aid training a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
