Hourly Production Worker – Pallet Operations

Role Overview

• Perform a variety of tasks at offsite customer facilities by adapting to different work environments and departments.
• Support pallet production operations based on daily workload and facility needs.
• Partner with warehouse, transportation, and onsite supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Identify and understand different pallet types and grades.
• Meet or exceed daily production and operational goals.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and escalate technical or process issues to leadership.
• Collaborate effectively with facility staff to support customer expectations and performance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, production, pallet repair, or labor-intensive work preferred.
• Ability to work safely with tools and equipment.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to work in various offsite environments.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
