- Strong Office 365 skills
- Knowledge of Group Benefits and AdminAdvantage is an asset
- Proven experience in service delivery, operations, or client management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
