Facilitates provider-facing discussions, delivering recommendations, presentations, and performance narratives, and ensures alignment on goals, expectations, and performance priorities.
Consolidates internal performance and operational data, validates accuracy, and produces clear summaries, slides, and visualizations to support provider and internal discussions.
Participates in cross functional initiatives to address provider performance barriers and advance organizational initiatives.
Owns meeting preparation, facilitation, documentation, and follow‑through for key internal and selected provider‑facing discussions.
Supports team operations by managing recurring workflows, tracking timelines, maintaining documentation, and optimizing team processes.
Supports provider‑facing initiatives — including analytical, operational, and coordination support — that drive provider engagement and performance within a defined scope.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field
3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider engagement, analytics, care delivery, or related administrative roles or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to engage with provider organizations on quality, cost, risk, and value-based care initiatives
Healthcare experience with provider or payor organizations in a highly matrixed environment
Strong analytical skills to consolidate, validate, and summarize performance data from multiple sources
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation and documentation
Proven ability to manage workflows, documentation, and operational cycles with accuracy and continuous improvement focus
Curious problem-solver who asks questions, identifies barriers, and supports tactical solutions (experience with AI tools highly desired)
