About this role

Responsible for business systems design and configuration, upgrades and improvements for applications
Design and implement solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Identify issues in the application area and work to resolve them
Develop new processes and procedures to meet current challenges
Create and maintain system documentation
Liaise with business systems stakeholders
Provide end-user production support
Serve as a subject matter expert of assigned applications
Review project statuses and issues with project leadership
Act as delegate for leadership regarding incident or problem resolution

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 12 years of relevant experience as outlined
5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions
Demonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices
Strong computer skills including internet navigation and email usage
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
