About this role
Role Overview
Review and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and corporate credit card statements
Rush payment requests and weekly payment runs
Reconcile vendor accounts and respond to inquiries
Collaborate with the finance team, Fenwick staff, and vendors
Assist in AP ticketing dashboard
Obtain approvals for payments
Send New Vendor Welcome Packet
Collect and track W-9s for new vendors
Review and reconcile Firm credit cards
Requirements
Proficient with Windows, Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
Work independently and in a team environment
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
Effective verbal and written communication
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
Use good judgement in complex and time-sensitive situations
Organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate work
Maintain calm under pressure
Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, diplomacy, and tact
Contribute to building a positive team spirit
Some general accounting/office experience preferred
A bachelor's degree is preferred
