About this role
Role Overview
Run predefined queries and reports to identify documentation requiring updates
Format, compile, and publish release notes using established templates and standards
Complete quarterly and recurring updates to list-based and reference documentation
Ensure content adheres to documentation standards, style guides, and formatting requirements
Track documentation updates and maintain change records and checklists
Collaborate with technical writers, product teams, and SMEs to gather required update inputs
Follow established documentation workflows and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
Requirements
Associate or bachelor's degree, plus at least 1 year of relevant work experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and formatting standards
Strong written communication skills (grammar, clarity, and formatting)
Ability to manage recurring tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in administrative, operations, documentation, QA, or support role (including internships or relevant coursework)
Comfort working with structured content such as lists, tables, templates, and checklists
Experience in a SaaS or technology environment
Confluence and Jira experience or familiarity
Experience using AI-powered tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar assistants)
Comfort adapting to new technologies and automation tools as part of documentation processes
