Preparation and review of foreign tax filings such as forms 5471, 5472, 1116, 8992, 8858, 8865, 8938, 3520, FBAR and other U.S. international tax forms.
Working knowledge of federal and multi-state corporate, partnership and individual tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120-S and 1040) as well as consolidated returns.
Possess strong knowledge of Partnership basis rules.
Conduct research and draft technical tax memoranda on various tax issues for clients.
Mentor Associates to help them build inspired careers.
Learn new software and help develop standardized templates and tools.
Willingness to learn new tax concepts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Four years of relevant experience required.
Experience in business services or consulting is preferred.
Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of International Tax preferred.
