Requirements
12-15+ years in Broker Dealer, asset management, management consulting, or financial services, with a focus on client-facing roles and business growth.
Minimum of an undergrad degree is required. MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or related field preferred.
Deep understanding of at least one of the following key areas at an asset management firm: Investment operations, fund distribution, fund reporting, operations, FP&A, performance analytics, risk management, and pricing and valuation.
Proven experience in leveraging analytics and digital solutions to address challenges in the asset management space.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
Experience in fund distribution strategy, market research, and sales enablement within asset management. Familiarity with Generative AI applications and advanced analytics for the financial services industry.
