Support all pricing activities for Dayton Superior and White Cap
Constant communication with Pricing, Sales, Category Management, Cost Teams, and Purchasing
Gathers and compiles raw data; conducts research for industry trends
Analyzes, reports, makes comparisons to industry/company benchmarks
Prepares spreadsheets for data analysis; prepare reports with charts and graphs
Provides recommendations based on findings and analysis
Contributes to employees' professional development

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally, 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field
Certification is required in some areas
3+ years in a Pricing analytic role
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau
Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret large complex data including a pricing matrix
Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and using data visualization tools
Experience in either distribution, manufacturing, or retail price management and price setting based on analytical discoveries
Experience designing and maintaining customer segmentation and discount models
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple work streams.
