Role Overview
- Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system processes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine solutions and assess impact to existing processes
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Execute testing and validate expected results for product, performance, user acceptance
- Provide support/oversight and guidance in the delivery of technology requirements focusing on quality
- Promote innovation by applying subject matter expertise
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- 3–8 years of experience as a BSA or similar Business Analyst/Systems Analyst role
- Knowledge of Mainframe and API capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Proficiency in writing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, using JIRA with Gherkin language and JQL to track tickets
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and coach and guide team members
