Act as an extension of CDI Division Management by serving as a liaison between CDI, Coding, Quality, HIM and Physician Advisors.
Serve as the initial go-to person and ensures follow-up is completed.
Triage, research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming inquiries.
Work with others as needed to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Promote and maintain standardization of the EHR and CDI workflows across the corporation.
Prioritize and follow up on division initiatives and tracking to help ensure efficiency.
Requirements
Associate's Degree Clinical/Nursing, Health Information Management, Information Services, Informatics
Required
Bachelor's Degree Clinical/Nursing, Health Information Management, Information Services, Informatics
Preferred
3 years Franciscan experience in any of the following: Clinical Nursing, CDI, HIM/coding, HIM IS, Health Data analytics, Revenue Cycle IS, Informatics
Required
3 years RN, LPN, RHIA, or RHIT with clinical documentation integrity experience or IS support of clinical documentation integrity function

5 years EHR experience
