Manage and respond to tickets from employees and outside vendors in our HR Service Desk.
Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and administration of our HR systems to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
Contribute to improving the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
Enhance processes that foster a positive, cohesive employee experience.
Learn to design, generate, and iterate upon regular and ad-hoc reports to support the needs of various HR stakeholders.
Work closely across the People team to participate in audits, address data discrepancies, and promote best practices in data entry.
Act as a point of contact for HRIS-related reporting inquiries and assist with historical records requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our HR Systems Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the HRIS.
Participate in implementing system enhancements to streamline HR processes.
Requirements
Experience using HRIS or HCM platforms; bonus points if you’ve used Lattice previously.
Experience using Jira or a similar ticketing system is a plus.
You love spreadsheets and have basic knowledge of reporting tools and data analysis.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills with a high attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
