Manage all aspects of the installation process for bundled and unbundled conversion and startup plans
Manage a detailed project plan documenting each task with a target date; highlighting major milestones and managing that timeline
Maintain a high level of service to clients by responsiveness, effective communications and completion of project deliverables in agreed upon timeframes according to contractual benchmarks
Work collaboratively with management and internal teams to ensure timely and successful transitions
Document Plan Implementation project requirements, notes and other critical information to be shared with relevant business units
Establish effective communications and change management activities for plan sponsors, Third Party Administrators, advisers and clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in financial services or similar environment and 1-2 years project management
Knowledge of retirement plan recordkeeping and of retirement plan products and services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving critical thinking skills; ability to analyze data and take action
Career-oriented, highly motivated self-starter
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent time management with strong organizational skills

Able to work onsite 6 days per month in the local office, per hybrid work policy.
