About this role
Role Overview
Provides hands-on execution support for standard network remediation activities under guidance of senior engineers.
Performs device changes using established runbooks, collects evidence, and supports metrics and service level agreement inputs.
Execute approved firmware upgrades and configuration hardening tasks following standard operating procedures and change plans.
Perform pre-check and post-check validations, collect evidence, and document outcomes accurately.
Support remediation task tracking, follow-ups for failed changes, and coordination of repeat attempts.
Maintain accurate inputs for reporting on remediation completion, success rates, and schedule adherence.
Requirements
Two or more years of direct, hands-on network operations experience in production environments.
Experience working within formal change windows and following documented implementation plans.
Hospital information technology experience strongly preferred; broader healthcare experience preferred.
Certifications desirable: Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent.
