Implement our innovative suite of product features (AI Intake, Documentation & Signature requests, etc) making Parachute Platform a digital command center for patient needs.
Leverage your consulting skills to develop, interpret, and present actionable insights that guide partnerships forward.
Identify, design, and execute process improvements to enhance onboarding and transformation efficiency.
Collaborate with customers to introduce our simple, user-centric experiences and support new product launches.
Lead customized demos and training sessions to equip partners with a comprehensive understanding of the Parachute Platform.
Develop deep expertise in Parachute Platform interoperability and consult on API integration best practices to enhance seamless connections with our supplier partners’ systems.

3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech.
Proven experience implementing or managing healthcare or SaaS platforms.
Exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability is a strong plus.
Comfortable with tools such as Excel (advanced), Tableau, HubSpot, JIRA; experience with API integrations is a plus.
Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is able to quickly come up to speed on technical topics.
