Play a pivotal role in guiding mining, energy, and environmental stewardship projects from early proposal development through to final report completion
Help bring clarity and structure to complex environmental initiatives by coordinating multidisciplinary teams so that each project advances with purpose and accountability
Work directly with clients to understand what they are trying to achieve and help steer technical teams toward solutions that meet those expectations
Your contributions will extend beyond project mechanics
Support a broad range of environmental projects, champion a strong culture of health and safety, and help foster collaboration across ERM’s internal networks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or related field
4+ years of consulting experience in environmental or related technical disciplines
Experience in the mining and/or energy sector
Proven ability to coordinate and manage environmental scopes of work
Detailed oriented with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently while aligning with internal governance and direction
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline driven environment with minimal supervision
Demonstrated financial literacy, with the ability to lead project controls activities such as budget tracking, cost forecasting, invoicing support, and understanding project financial performance.
