Senior Account Manager

Role Overview

• Build and maintain a sustainable network of clients and IT professionals
• Act as a strategic liaison between companies and highly qualified technical and executive professionals
• Responsible for the entire recruitment process from requirement gathering to placement
• Identify, approach and attract suitable candidates within the IT sector
• Advise companies on accurately filling their vacancies

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of demonstrable success in IT recruitment (Permanent & Contract)
• Deep market understanding and strong advisory skills at decision-maker level
• Strong network at decision-making and hiring levels with the ability to monetize relationships quickly
• Hunter and closer mentality combined with strong negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-initiative and clear results orientation
