Support the organic social media presence in the US across Instagram, Facebook, and X
Adapt MUBI's brand identity and social voice for the local market, maintaining an engaged and active relationship with followers.
Build a large, engaged, and loyal community of followers for each platform, demonstrating steady growth in volume and engagement over time.
Establish and maintain an organized calendar/schedule for posts and content development.
Analyze and evaluate the quality of social content, posting strategy, and consumer engagement, providing regular performance reports/assessments to the larger team.
Conceptualize creative assets, both video and design, to be utilized across both organic and paid social channels.
Manage the process of monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts.
Assist in delivering high-performing assets for paid media campaigns and coordinate asset delivery across various partner relationships.
Liaise with key social media influencers to amplify MUBI's brand presence in collaboration with the global brand team.
Support local programming initiatives through designated campaigns aimed at promoting and elevating MUBI's curation and content.
Assist with the execution of additional promotions/campaigns to maximize subscriber acquisition and increase brand exposure.
Requirements
1-3 years of related marketing/social media experience.
Experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
Expert understanding of trends in the ever-changing digital/media landscape.
Proficiency in Photoshop and Premiere is essential.
Strong writing and copywriting skills are required.
