Requirements
BA/BS in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, etc), Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design or related field or, in lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience
4+ years of applied UX research experience
Experience leading or supporting Human Factors studies and documentation
Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods and tools (e.g., Dscout, Qualtrics)
Experience driving alignment in fast-paced 0→1 environments
