Requirements
Proven success leading complex delivery or operations organizations at scale (preferably $1B+ environments).
Demonstrated P&L accountability in multi-site, globally distributed teams.
Expertise in Digital Infrastructure, Cloud, Service Delivery, Technical Operations, and—preferably—Datacenter or Supply Chain.
Strong track record managing cross-functional technical and non-technical resources.
Ability to attract, retain, and develop world‑class talent in competitive markets.
Experience driving operational improvements grounded in metrics, performance management, and process excellence.
