Act as a key member of the company’s senior leadership team, providing the financial lens for all major business decisions, including geographic expansion, M&A, and product pivots.
Lead the preparation and presentation of financial narratives for the Board of Directors and external investors.
Transform the FP&A function from a reporting shop into a predictive engine. Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-range planning (LRP) to ensure alignment with our 3-5 year roadmap.
Work as a partner to the Executive Leadership Team to optimize the 'Growth Engine,' analyzing marketing, product, customer, and sales productivity to drive efficient revenue growth.
Requirements
12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a high-impact leadership role within a venture-backed or private equity-backed environment.
Proven ability to look beyond the P&L to identify business drivers and risks.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA highly preferred.
Mastery of US GAAP is required, but must be paired with deep expertise in SaaS metrics and complex financial modeling. Experience in consumption based models is highly preferred.
Experience transitioning a company from 'startup' tools (Quickbooks/Mosaic) to 'scale-up' environments (NetSuite, Campfire, or similar).
A track record of mentoring directors and managers, fostering a culture of high accountability and continuous improvement.
