Role Overview
- Establishes and maintains smooth operation of computer systems
- Consults with support teams, help desks, customers and other technical staff in the resolution of problems
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments
- Provides regular monitoring and analysis regarding short and long-range planning for in-house systems
- Writes or modifies basic scripts to resolve performance problems and automate administration tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's with 12+ years
- 10 years of IT/ systems administrator experience
- Clearance Required: Must have an active HUD Public Trust
