Maintain standardized, compliant endpoints using Intune and Autopilot so devices are secure and ready for users.

Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-prem Active Directory
Experience with user lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes)
Familiarity with endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Exposure to Microsoft security tools such as Defender, Purview, and Windows Update for Business
Ability to follow documented procedures and execute changes accurately
Comfort using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management) for documentation and tracking
Ability to monitor service health dashboards and respond appropriately
Experience executing approved PowerShell scripts (no script authoring required)
Strong documentation habits with attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of escalation boundaries and when to involve senior engineers
Associate-level Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-102, or similar) (Nice to Have)
Prior experience in a managed services or operations-focused IT environment (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with ITIL-style incident, change, and access management processes (Nice to Have)
