Support HealthProof integration activities, including coordination across teams and alignment of accounting processes.
Assist with consolidated account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness across entities.
Contribute to FloQast implementation efforts for HealthProof and India, including setup, testing, and workflow documentation.
Support Travel & Expense (T&E) project implementation, helping improve compliance and process efficiency.
Participate in ongoing accounting close activities, including preparation of balance sheet analysis decks.
Assist with data migration efforts, validating data quality and documenting findings.
Support automation and AI implementation initiatives that streamline accounting workflows and enhance team efficiency.
Complete ad-hoc requests as needed, providing analytical, operational, or documentation support.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong understanding and experience with Artificial Intelligence through coursework
Advanced experience with Excel (power query, complex formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.)
Experience with data analytics and visualization systems (ex: Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Thrives in a collaborative environment, while also being able to work independently
